This registration is a two-part process:

If you wish to pay by check, please complete this form, print it, and mail it with your check to Kay Boyd, 1405 South Meadows Dr, Austin, TX 78758. Please make your check payable to AGS.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete this form and hit the SEND FORM button to submit your contact information to the AGS Treasurer. You will then be taken to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You do not have to create a PayPal account; you may choose to pay by credit card at the checkout screen.

The course fee is $15.
