This application is a two-part process:

If you wish to pay by check, please complete this form, print it, and mail it with your check to Austin Genealogical Society, PO Box 10010, Austin, TX 78766-1010.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete this form and hit the SEND FORM button to submit your contact information to the Treasurer and Membership Chair. You will then be taken to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You do not have to create a PayPal account; you may choose to pay by credit card at the checkout screen.
